I don't think any single Geordie fan has asked not to be taken the piss of... How you choose to respond to our sadness and willingness to give Sunderland full plaudits is your own decision. For what it's worth, I do think it's actually been quite nice that there's been a friendly nature between the two set of fans on here after the game, but then again I've been trying to ignore the "scum"-stuff and remind everyone of the Bobby Robson spirit for years, and been ignored, so I would think that... Certainly I think more of our fans on here for their gracious reaction, and more of yours for an even more gracious acceptance. But alas, I've tarried here too long. You've had a great result, and I'll let you enjoy it without my presence for a good while. If anyone fancies taking the piss, I'll be on the other board having a sulk
The Mags congatulating us are decent enough lads and good posters. It's a compliment when somebody says your team have played better than theirs , more so when it's your oldest and keenest rival. I'm sitting here with a large Laphraoig , and a larger smile. Cheers

When it was the dark day of 5-1, this board was full of all the idiot Mags and wums. Now most of them have moved off to that other board, bar a few of them. I genuinely believe posters like QWOP and ACS are sincere. I feel they like a good bit of banter, rather than WUMming and trashing their own city (which i feel most of the other ones were like). From posters like that i appreciate their congrats, the wums can **** off.
