I just looked up dolt, thought at first it was a generous compliment....hmmm means a stupid person! Is it a Swansea expression as although I have a good command of the English language, it was not familiar to me pal! I feel for Aber and his family at this time, as he must be hurt by this!

 

Doing good dude, having a ball lately, been a great summer so far. Back in Swansea now after Wifey selling up shop over the bridge, we're both freebirds now and planning to go see some nature next year.

Got to say, I miss young John. Daft as Daiswan he was/is. Wonder if he's grown up a bit nowadays.

You are correct Bluey. Had to request a ban from the supermods. Not a pleasant thing to do because it bans one of your own posters from the whole site, not just this board.

Never had to address the "Supers" over any of our other posters except for a bit of smoothing over when things got a bit heated. One of our own was threatened with a ban from another forum mod, but a bit of chatting behind closed doors sorted it.

 

That must have been the Wurzels board. Wonder who that was?

As ever I respect your point of view Aber however JH had no respect for anyone and would argue with and slag off our own fans on this board with little or no reason.

There was no need for that when at that time we were frequently fighting off boarders from down west. We needed a united front but, in the main, he was divisive.
