Oneil doesn't need to be here for the transfers, he gives his list of wants and let's the club go get them, its the way its done now. He can meet them at negotiation period.
Apart from Hazard and maybe Arsenal's 2 signings then nobody has really been signed who is worthy of being classed as "missed out". We are not the only team doing little business and I would welcome just 3 quality signings this window, the only bit I agree with is the Fletcher daily linkage as it seems like he has already signed for us with all the reports, personally I dont want him and never have and I hope to god we have been looking further a field than the relegated clubs and hope its not a case of see whos left at the end of the window.
