Lets all say this: we take nothing for granted but we know we have a very good squad together, an excellent manager who projects total enthusiasm, a chairman who is a total revelation, and a large & loyal following in a super stadium. Barely Alive Saint, I expect us to beat you at Fratton by an odd goal, lose at St.Fairy's and we will finish comfortably in mid table as we consolidate our financial position. I also expect Saints to finish outside the Auto and play off positions in mid to lower end of the table as the rest of the league play to your weaknesses ,(probably around the time of your moral shattering derby defeat at Fratton) for the remainder of the season . At least I am being honest!
Strange as it may seem, but that's not what I would predict for the respective teams, nor I expect, would the remainder of the UK football watching population, bar a blue few opinions.

Mingin, the bottom 7/8 reams are normally involved in a relegation battle. Happy with your team? As for Saints, we have constructed a team with little changes over the last three years so they know each other very well and have a good work ethic and team spirit with each other. Watching the gem now I have never felt so relaxed and confident when going to matches now. Happy Days!!
Thanks for your concern but i would channel your thoughts a bit closer to home. It is highly likely IMO we wont get promoted this season (automatically anyway). Any real fan would have said top half of the table this term and see how we fare. Well we are doing great and battering teams along the way. Let the skates get in line and take your spanking in due course. We may have a few hic ups along the way but the Saints are coming for you and make no mistake about that!! Well done steve Cottrill keep up the good work.
We all know the play-offs are a lottery, but I bet we finish in top 4. I also think Pompey have just a tad too much quality to get relegated (chokes and clutches throat) and will finish abouth 6th from bottom.
