Willie Collum gave a penalty against Celtic for Rangers when he did not even see the incident. Why anyone would think he would favour Celtic is a mystery.

 

He's a ****e referee, just like most Scottish refs.

Watching Collum Ref a match makes you pine for Hugh Dallas, Tiny Wharton, Stuart Dougall and Iain Brines.

 

To be fair JR does have plenty to be fuzzing about. Collum still has some way to go before he's as bad as Brines though.
