No chart crap, virtually NO repetitive, bland, adverts and with a heavy emphasis on
album bands / tracks, it really is refreshing to listen to

1932: Richard Wayne Penniman is born, later to become professionally know as Little Richard. His work in the mid 50's would prove pivotal to the birth of Rock 'n' Roll as well as later genres like soul and funk.
2006: In yet another Beatles memorabilia sale handwritten lyrics by Paul McCartney for an early version of "Maxwell's Silver Hammer" sell for £97,000 ($192,000) at an auction in New York.
