Yes and its why Newcastle are looking at building one.

While I hate your club (hate all clubs) I do genuinely hope something gives in the future to allow great historic clubs before TV money to being able to compete again.

I think we are, in spite of all the barriers, closer than ever. Brighton, Brentford and Fulham are competitive and Villa, Newcastle are growing.

Nah they're multiple hundreds of millions behind a year in revenue.

the APT value is higher for Everton stadium. £30m just to get first chance to bid for the naming rights. Others won’t be allowed to use that.
