One detail that caught my eye.....

Berylson says the money will fund day-to-day operations at the club and the likely investment in the regeneration of the local area.

Any idea what that might be and how much is that going to cost?
Only reason for asking is how much money is actually coming to the club?

Regardless of where the cash is going, good to see the guy committing himself for a few years more <ok>

Have you not seen our plans Thai <yikes> in 5 years m8 we will be the biggest club in London <ok> if not England <ok> we will be feared by Man.Utd.Arsenal,Real Madrid,Barcellona, We will have more Trophies than Leeds United,(actually millwallsteve has more trophies than Leeds United)
Hang around mukka i will find you the plans <ok>

Work has already started Thai <ok>

Millwall fans dismantled and old office block in the area for free <ok>

O.K. so it was to throw at the Leeds fans but hey we are doing our bit <whistle>

ITs a Strange one because i thought JB was heavily invovled in the whole thing? he made his money on in property too? nice to see some money being put into the club! maybe he is hoping with this all going public some billionaire will come in with a tasty offer for his ownership ha ha

Just read the same myself and all looks a touch tidy, filled in my proxy vote for the AGM basically giving my voting rights to Berylson - if it's good enough for him it's good enough for me <ok>

What a top man he is, I'd hate to be a club that hate's it's chairman
