    Agree massively with this. I've always been quite held back and shy, but after a few days with some of the blokes there I felt a lot more confident etc and got in on the banter. Does make it a lot easier to get up when you know you're not with boring farts all day and effects you're private life too as you gain confidence talking to new people :)
