If just a tenth of his attitude rubs off on our young squad, he is worth keeping on at the club.

That would be a bit weird.

I assume the loan he was considering was an offer from Laws to go back to Scunny?

There was that one season in the third tier when he only played around half the games as Taylor had that mental policy of playing him at home and Roland Edge away. He also used to miss out to Damo at left back a lot under Taylor, which probably explains the reduced number.

He's only gone up in my estimation. We''ve all done it!!

Wearing white shorts in that restaurant in Tenerife after a day on the piss was a mistake i will not make again. Its a learning experience.

Ash should have a statue without a shadow of a doubt, and its a joke if he never gets one. The only thing about giving him and Daws one would make it so maybe Myhill would need one as well as he was here through all the promotions? So in my opinion only Ash should get one in this moment in time, but Dawson deserves something definitely. He is a great guy and he will be at the club in years to come.

The problem with Ash is he ruined it with his last act at the club. If he had his time again Im sure he wouldnt ask for a transfer, would see out his contract, blame his injuries for an early retirement and have a job for life on the Corporate side with a testimonial and statue thrown in for good measure. Im sure he knows he did wrong in chasing the quick, easy money when he could have established a legacy that wouldve lasted for generations.

    Its a genuine tragedy.

He's a top top bloke and should be offered a coaching role,he's nearly completed his badges and is respected by everyone at the club.
The worst thing is he couldn't hold his charity race night at the KC because of what they were charging for room hire!!
He had it in willerby instead some one needs a slap at the club for that!
