    Incorrect.

Anyway, I am worried that too many are getting carried away with our start and come winter, will be crest-fallen and demanding AW's head because we might have dropped to 2nd.

I don't know where you put your salt and pepper, but mine certainly sits upon the table

I season my food as it is cooking, just like what proper chefs do, innit.

Don't take my word for it, read some Escoffier and he will tell you whether salt & pepper are seasonings or not. Certainly don't take culinary advice from an old codger that hails from a land that eats seaweed!!!

Why do you always bump old threads to suit your meagre needs?

It's funny when you try to act like a smart ass, ignoring all the times where you've been made to look like an idiot with your dumb predictions.

Even your recent comments, such as saying RVP wouldn't be good enough to play for Arsenal highlight how stupid you are. It's not a coincidence many have called you very deluded.

It's funny when you try to act like a smart ass, ignoring all the times where you've been so wrong with your dumb predictions.

Even your recent comments, such as saying RVP wouldn't be good enough to play for Arsenal highlight the utter madness of the points you make.

But let's just summarise some of Toledo's very best predictions:

-Selling RVP was a good thing and RVP wouldn't replicate his form at United

-Arsenal would win the title in both previous seasons

-RVP is not good enough to play for us right now

One should should just sift through most of your posts and it will be a gold mine of delusion. It's no coincidence many fans have in fact called you deluded.

TT I admire your positivity and you almost always outsmart your detractors by use of logic and fact. I can only assume your 'cup half full' position upsets the people that want Arsenal to fail?

Keep on doing your thing as it helps expose the doomers for what they really are :)

Have you ever heard of the phrase, "Tongue-in-cheek"? It is something said semi-humorously, where there is an element of irony and of truth.

Nevertheless, it does expose your obsession with individual players and how you overlook the team as a whole when you do your (and I use the word loosely) analysis. Not being all knowing like you, I can't be definite on my views being correct, but right now if someone knowledgeable told me that we were better without RVP, I wouldn't call them deluded.

I don't know how you classify Giroud's forward play, because he plays that #9 position in a way that I have never seen it played before. It is a mixture of a traditional target man and a false-9. Whether you like what he is doing or not, it seems to be effective. I don't think RVP could do what Giroud is doing for us any better, so we would be playing differently, and right now, IMO, differently wouldn't necessarily be a good thing.

I'm not even trying to make a point here or get into this discussion, but my sarcasm detector seriously failed on this one.

RVP can't do what Giroud does, and Giroud can't do what RVP does, they're DIFFERENT STRIKERS for pete's sake, that's why it's good to have a variety of different top quality strikers.

I'm not even going to bother to continue this debate, if you think RVP isn't good enough for us, or is lesser than Giroud, then ummm, yeah ok.
