Well for anyone giving up for the season throw your support my way!!! I set up an F.A. affiliated team three years back (see the link below) and it's been keeping me distracted from the trials and tribulations of N.U.F.C. the last few years. First team went undefeated in the league since September after a massive over haul at the end of last season, the then manager decided he would convince all but 3 of my first team to go down the road to set up their own club but have failed spectacularly and are about to get relegated, while we have gone from strength to strength and finished the season a few weeks ago in third place. After losing three of the first 5 games we demolished all before us, giving us our highest finish in our highest league since the clubs inception and two quarter final's. The Reserve team have had it a little rougher considering the majority moved up to the first team and the current crop of players are mainly 16-21 with a few older players to give them some much needed experience but things have started to pick up for them as they have found their feet in the men's game with a run of 5 games unbeaten in the league and cup and are through to the League cup Semi Final this coming Saturday.
Cheers buddy, if we make the final we are looking into finding a way to stream it from the mammoth 50 seater stadium we will be playing in and i'll post a link. I promise its better than anything the Toon have to offer at present
