Chelsea obviously, always disliked Man Utd, and Reading are too plastic, but beyond that, it's all a bit vague.... I prefer Arsenal to Spurs, Everton to Liverpool, Newcastle to Sunderland, Celtic to Rangers, Barca to Real, AC to Inter (but Juve over both). Generally London clubs over non-London clubs (aside from Chelsea), English (then British) clubs over foreign clubs (except Man Utd and Chelsea, who I always want to lose) but I can normally pick a favorite club in any match I watch. Other teams I have an irrational soft spot for are Partick, Alloa, and Wycombe. No real reason why...
