well i had a dream that we was 4-0 up at half time....

then again..

... in the same dream i realized id forgot the match was on and so i flew there on a rainbow coloured unicorn.. hmmm

 

Can see us winning 2-1 and Cabaye getting his first goal

I had a dream before the Spurs game that we lost 9-2 so I'm going to just ignore that ****ty feeling in the back of my mind.

It's perfectly rational though, this club had a record under both Hughton and Roeder of putting up a great fight against the big boys and then failing against the teams around us.

 

I think I'm edgy about this game, because the stakes are so high if we lose it!

This is the first game this season where we are CLEAR favourites, and even a draw would be disappointing. We thought Fulham would be tricky, we had lost our last 5 against Blackburn, and we were never bookies favourites for the other games.

Today, we are protecting an unbeaten run, we don't want to undo all our good work!

I still think we'll win 3-1

 

I think this game is our biggest test so far, Spuds included. Last season we were complacent against 'lesser' teams and performed very well against big sides. We've dispelled that to some degree already with the Wolves and Blackburn results, but this time we are really favourites, and the big question is how do we react.

For example, Obertan has a real chance to shine against a static and inconsistent back four, but I wonder whether he can really take it. I hope so. I worry that if Ben Arfa starts he will think he can walk around said defence, which he won't be able to, they're still a premier league side.

I think we will win, and I can also see Cabaye getting on the score sheet, but I don't think it'll be the romp some people predict unless we start at a proper pace.

We're going to lose, Ameobi will start and Colo won't be passed fit.

 

Watford's best players are out and Hull have conceded more than twice at home on just two occasions in 2 years. I doubt it.

 

You sound complacent , much like some of our fans (and possibly our players).

I know what you mean about celebraing straight after a goal. I ALWAYS have to look at the linesman and the ref before a celebrate...I do it automatically now like.

 

I've actually predicted 0-0, and am not very well like on our board because of my pessimism. I just know we won't ship 3 (excluding Leeds away, we've conceded 5 goals in 10 games).
