I predicted we would win today, but now that it's happened I feel a little sad. It's like the end of an era. Celebration seems a little bit shallow, somehow.
In former seasons, beating the Arsenal was, for me, the best thing next to getting laid, but all I really feel is very, very sad. In fact, beating LFC felt like the bigger achievement.
I don't think it has anything to do with the North London power-shift thing, more to do with the stark realisation that Arsenal simply are not going to be any threat to us, at all, this season.
Any one else feel like this?
