I thought the goal was all Roseniors fault, he left Macca in the **** making it seem to be his fault. Macca showed him to the byline which is all he could do, but somehow JET found the far corner. It was Mckenna and Roseniors fault, Macca has done well I think, he wins pretty much every header and he didn't have to much else to do because we dominated.
It wouldn't surprise me if we played: Amos Elmo Faye/Macca Chester Dawson Aluko Oli Mckenna Quinn Proschwitz Simpson
I would put Evans in to cover Elmo when he is attacking so Evans could effectively be a right back if you think of it that way
That is open to opinion. Chester should not be rushed back imo espeically when our back 4 are playing well. However i dont feel that Faye will have 3 games in a week in him so maybe rested @ Bristol. But we do have much harder games coming up without a doubt over the nest few weeks. As for Chester he was part of the 9 goals in 3 game losing streak despite his quality. Can you immagine what some fans would be saying if that had been McShane ? Agreed and well said. Ray Henderson - Malcolm Lord - Vince Grimes - Damian Delaney - Ian Ashbee - Junior Lewis are just a few that spring to mind over the laast 50 years or so. Every era has a scape goat. Whatever the rights and wrong of Paul McShane,, we all have to accept that he is playing well and deserves his place in the team. Correct and well said. I also give a bit iof credit to Emmanuel-Thomas for his skill. But to blame McShane is nonsense. McShane deserves his place in the team. IMO, Dawson - Faye - Olifinjana dont have 3 games within 8 days in them i would suggest. I would go with the same starting team @ Middlesboro and then look to change a few legs for saturday.. As an example my team for Bristol City would be : - Amos Rosenoir Chester McShane McKenna Evans Elmo Quinn Aluko McLean Proschwitz 4 pairs of fresh legs. That allows Dawson - Faye - Olifinjana to have rest but can be used if needed to close out the game. imo. Sadly, McShane will never win over all the fans. I have been a critic of his just like i have of Simpson in the past. But both are playing well and deserve there places in the team. Even if that means Chester, Koren etc have to wait after injuries.. What Bruce has now are options and very good options though. Not for tuesday night in Middlesboro but possibly Faye @ Bristol. imo. Rosie can easily fit into 4-4-2 or 3-5-2.
