sometimes they`d come into the grounds, mostly they waited outside the gates....like flies round ****e as soon as you went out and you`d have guys walking along beside you trying to sell you whatever while they - in mid conversation - would be doing crack...they`d just be in the way of anything you wanted to do, sitting on a beach, having dinner etc, just inundated with your apparent new best friend who wants you to buy his best ever gear at his cheapest ever price - it was so constant did my ****ing head in
Went to St.Lucia with my friends, near got murdered by the islands druglord. Nice place during the day, white beaches, crystal clear water, plenty to do. At night it got a bit wild. A fight broke out infront of us one night and a guy pinned him down to the ground before putting a shotgun to his head, then reassured us that it was okay he was undercover police. Went out on a tour of the islands / to do a bit of snorkelling and these fellas rowed over to us in canoes. Asked if we wanted to buy these big ass sea shells for gifts to bring back. When we said no they were quick to offer "Marijuana / cocaine?" My brother has been to a few places in the caribbean and he says Aruba is by far the nicest and safest.
