I honestly dont think theres too much to worry about. A few early hiccups but nothing to be overly concerned about.

City won the title with flair without Aguero available for considerable time. Arsenal was without Ramsey and walcott for very long stretches. We didn't have Sturridge for 8 and Suarez for 5 and had to experiment with Gerrard as a DM after Lucas's injury. Yet all these clubs had real quality in them, which kept them in the race and CL spots despite injuries. Missing a couple of players don't cause a club to fall from CL to "struggling to achieve top half". One, two or three places, that's it. Not half a dozen as you see it.
