this rule aint gonna make a blind bit of ****in difference, football clubs are businesses, and the most successful businesses are the ones that break the rules and dont get caught.
Norwich have a lot of debt,gambled as did cardiff boro,and others on promotion and the money that brings. No-one will be able to pay bigger wages than Leeds,which a fair few do at the moment.

we just sold Morison to Norwich because we got a fee, he had 2 yrs left on his contract.suppose next year Leeds want to buy a player and he is under contract, you may offer bigger wages to attract him thats good for the player, but the club want a fee. if youve spent 50 percent of your 60 allowance on wages you cant do it you can cut your wages which gives you more money to spend which is good for the selling club, but less wages to the player, im sure Bates will bring in extra revenue next season with the excuse if you want us to buy players we need to generate a higher income,,,,,whos going to pay THE FANS.

in that case then i cant see that there will be any change for any club...surley no club payes more than 60 percent in wages or do they ?
