Just to give a heads up . Nine year ago was told I had three years at most to live. After five years was told I was only one of seven who had lasted this long . I had malignant melanoma on my lungs. I have now been given the all clear from cancer . My wife can’t get me down off the ceiling . And then we win promotion hope this helps

Well the charity bike riders are on their final leg. It has been eventful with one lad needing replacement peddles after the first few miles. Another coming off and damaging his ribs just 20 miles in. And then today our Andrews bike seized up just outside of Consett. Me and Sue have had to drop a spare bike off for him to finish the journey. They are back on the road now and due back to Roker around half three to four.
I will have to sort out some pics when they get back.
