So it was as I said. LCFC asked JD Sports to stop giving free delivery and then stop selling their kit. Whoever did this at the club didn’t tell the owners but surely they are responsible for it regardless of whether they knew about what was happening.

It was your club who approached JD sports to set up the anti competition arrangement and saying KP were fully exonerated just because they were not directly involved is stretching it or else nearly all dodgy behaviours are washed away by bosses saying "no one told us " .
