Well finally this year is about to end. Can't wait to see the back of it to be honest. Certainly not one of my better years not in this re-incarnation anyway. Having a quiet night tonight and meeting the folks tomorrow for an Indian.

May not even bother seeing the bells in, just have a glass of port and cheese and crackers.

Anyone getting up to anything special tonight? It seems to me you lived your life like a cand......................seems to me that Hogmanay/New Year has lost it's appeal over the years. Probably because you can do it any weekend nowadays.

Anyway have a good one.
 
Me n the Mrs are having a low key one

dinner, few beers in a pub then might go n see her cousins or just head home with chmpagne for the bells...

over rated over priced excuse for a hangover now!

****ing hell ER - I know I'm a moany bastard but i'm not that bad. The local adult eductaion centre maybe but not a primary school.

That scrolling news across the bottom reminds me of the Simon & Garfunkel version of Silent Night where they have all sorts of **** from the news audible in the background. <laugh>
