Dill, I know you were only helping mate, but in the end breezy got his way, which I am gutted about. It's a temporary ban at the moment, but me and bebrb are in discussion and I will be fighting for a permanent ban, believe me.

Black swan seems to have disappeared, and if he was to show up he will treat you with respect, else he will be shown the door.

This place will be a worst one without you buddy, please stay.

To pick up on Ashes point earlier, i do beleive the Forum will be much better and is improving alot overall under their guidence, i think most have come to see that the odd spat will never go away but 99.9% of people just want to move ahead and talk footy, its got better because the MODS we voted for have bitten the bullet and taken action when needed, its also clear to see that the vast Majority of members here are in full support.

Swans v Wigan will provide plenty of talking points and if we win lose or draw i feel the debate will be intresting with alot more sensible posting as the result of a clean up by the MODS :)
 
Yes I've noticed this BlackSwan has disappeared! have my own views as to who he is, but will keep my powder dry till the right time! Agree with Norway too............<ok>

Bit bloody late now though Ash. I'm the injured party but I bet Brb won't admit his mistake with me though even if you sent him a link to these threads.

It's a case of closing the stable door after the horse has bolted and you've been left high and dry too.

I had no idea I had so many friends on here because it seems like for months on end I've been used as a verbal punchbag culminating with Brb taking the side of a wum and an agent provocateur over an existing mod. The months of abuse was water off a ducks back but the last few days have been horrible. It's as if my whole character has been called into question.

Anyway you should all be getting ready to watch the Wales game instead of talking about me, I'm still undecided what to do for the best to be honest the same way Aber would be standing under a no smoking sign !!! (Sorry Aber couldn't resist)
 
Ash, don't want to be bucking the feeling of the thread as I agree with most of it, and the board is a better place when it's not a soap opera.
However, higher standadrs and all that.

I can see why this occasion might be non-standard, but step 4 or 5 would have given a time for heads to cool. Having a set (and enforced) penalty system should remove a lot of the guff. The trick is to avoid setting precedents either way, then everyone knows where they stand.
This site is one of my main sources about the Swans, and the fans opinions and I'd rather it went back to that. I'm not as far away as others on here, but I've not actually made it to the Liberty yet. My last games were down at the opposite end of the league structure!

Brb didn't take sides with the wum mate, he took action because you refused to apologise to the qpr fan, this is what he's told me anyway. Hr doesn't want you to quot the form either.
 
Well that settles it sorry and I don't believe him. I pm'd the qpr bloke but he never answered me do there's not a lot I could do.

I'll do it again right now and then I'm going to **** off. I will leave with my conscience clear and maybe when the guy logs in he will confirm it.
 
Right, job done !! Another pm sent, my conscience is clear, the only difference this time is I won't delete it and at least I can show billy in person so at least one person knows I don't tell lies.

Some of you will know that I know dilligaf outside of this forum. I know that when he took the position of mod on he did so in good faith because he wanted to do a good job in regulating the board.
I believe the old adage goes you can please some of the people some of the time you can not please all of the people all of the time, dilligaf tried his best to maintain order on the board. Whilst you may not agree with his decisions it is fair to say that he and the other mods have a very difficult job.
I think it is unfair that at least two posters have now decided to gauge a personal vendetta against him. I find it offensive and would like in to a form of bullying that has escalated in the last few years. That is the form of a cyber bully. I wont name anyone because that makes me as bad as you. However you say your not happy and you want things to go back like they were then thats fine. Instead of persecuting people why not put a joint post up to discuss the moderating rules of the board and come up with a way to please the majority. It has been said a lot of posters are leaving but I would say not because of the mods its because of the terrible posts on here that derail many topics. I hope you who are involved can stop your torrent of abuse and use your words to create great debating topics that everyone can engage in.
