At Liverpool, to me it looks like he will play in the same role as he does for us. He is scoring goals from the right, so he should shut the **** up and play there. Giroud might not have scored the same amount goals, but he holds the play up and is an out ball play because of his height and power. Walcott does not have the intelligence, size or power to play in the role he wants, the sooner he gets that through his thick head, the better.
As for this not playing business, he was out for about two weeks with an injury and was only ready to start against Reading, he played 120 mins in that game, so Wenger did not start him against United. Shame half the media missed that bit.
Well, history tells you that we sell when it's get to this position (final year on contract), so I expect him to leave. It simply does not take this long to sort of a contract dispute, if we really wanted him to stay. I am just surprised we did not sell him in the summer transfer window.
As we'll be offering to buy him with Argos vouchers and a packet of Quavers we probably wouldn't get him either
Yes, there is that problem as well. So, tell me again, why would Theo leave to join Liverpool? He will be on similar wages and play on the wings because Liverpool already have one of the best CF's in the league. Hmm.
I will be sick if we sign Walcott to be honest. We should be getting rid of all the over rated English muck we have, not signing more of it.
You stay on topic. That's the big question, loads of speculation but does he want to sign for us? Only he knows that I suppose. Formation we play similar to you but if you watch Suarez he's all over the place, (you have an actual striker that holds his position) we rely on the wingers attacking the box and moving into the striker position when Suarez leaves it so he may be happier. I'm ****ing confused about the whole thing and we'll probably get Carroll back and sign Javier Scorio.
I would sign Walcott on one condition, that we also sign a goal-getter. Brendan Rodgers seems to like forwards that can also drift out wide, hence he signed Assaidi and Borini. However there must be a limit on this. If he signed a goal-getter, it would mean maybe, just maybe we could stop putting Suso in the wide position and instead put him in a favoured central attacking position. He can float as he does in the attacking wide position, but it keeps the balance of the side better and protects the full-back area.
I'd sign Walcott on one condition too... if we had a summer buyer lined up who was willing to pay us triple the amount we pay Arsenal in January
