Me and a bird were in London couple years ago. Stayed in Crystal Palace. Decent enough spot imo but looking in the estate agents windows there was 3 bed semis going for the guts of 1.5m etc.

If memory serves me it's near the Scrubs,used to play football there and White City hosted the Olympics and think BBC was there at one time,hope this helps

Yeah, Sth Woodford is very pleasant. Technically must be in Essex though, judging by the number of retired crooks living thereabouts.
