    Neil Lennon and our scouts deserve the greatest of praise whilst other Managers have talked about the difficulties of getting quality players to come
    to Scotland. It would be easy to blame the weather, and the recession, It would also be easy to blame the over funded EPL but that's not the way
    our management team have done. Celtic under Neil Lennon have brought together the best ever squad of under 23 year old footballer in Scotland.
    They have travelled to almost the four corners of the world and just look at the quality of 20 year players this year alone. Matthews Victor and Rabiu.
