Once Bullard has gone, how about making a bid for Andy King @ Leicester. Great player and frozen out until last night. Looks like Sven does not know who to play or drop next.
I think it will be depend if we can shift Simpson. I would rather him go on loan so that if he does get on the goal trail then we can command a decent fee for him or play him.

Jay Simpson just lacks confidence. We saw what he could do last season when its there. The question is can anyone within the City camp restore it.
Yes King played last night. Sven is fumbling to find the right formation. It will be worth keeping an eye on there team selections over the coming weeks. But until Bullards history its all irrelavant anyway sadly.
Andy King was their top goalscorer last season, and he's a midfielder. I think some of us need to start getting a little more realistic on here.
Delfouneso's a better one, but with Villa's lack of numbers up front I wouldn't think they'd loan him out (not in this window anyway).
Personally I think Le Fondre would be a shrude buy, £400K would be enough to acquire his services and I don't really see why he wouldn't cut it in the Championship. That will probably freeze Simpson out though....

Well, yes. The signing of another forward would just cement his place out of the squad
I wouldn't mind seeing Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink back with us. He'd be perfect at this level and he's still only 32!

King is Leicesters best player and will be more than capable of performing in the premiership.. I'm shocked he hasn't already made a 3,4,5+ million pound move up to the prem over the summer, what are we going to offer, 800k, james harper and some fish and chips? Fat chance!
Andy King didn't feature in their 1st 2 games but yes I agree, not a chance in hell we will see him in Black & Amber
Thats what we were told about Hobbs and Fryatt , neither have filled me with delight. In fact Hobbs is garbage. Fryatt not far behind.
Yeah, Fryatt's 10 goals have been pretty dire to be fair. Who would have a striker who only scores 1 every 2.5 games?

You must be on about a different Andy King. Yes we wont sell him but apart from scoring goals he is ****. He doesnt do anything for the team and is basically a passenger half the time.

Really? From what I've seen he can pick out a pass, good control on the ball, hell of a shot on him and good positionally. Couldn't comment on work rate haven't watched him that closely. Your obviously better informed to analyse him, but all my Leicester supporting mates who watch him week in week out have nothing but praise for him.
