There's enough retail in Hull, that's why it's struggling. I like the use of the upper deck for pop up galleries like the October photography festival and would like them to continue going into 2017 with space for art and possibly linking up with the refurbished Ferens, city of culture we know what we are.
Restaurants/bowling/laser tag on the ground floor. Shops retail on the second floor. Cinema on the top floor. What would you do with the third floor then?
