He is total class IMO and ran our best performance against Spurs as SB73 said ... He became unsettled and as with them all lost his confidence ... against MK dons he was a pub player no doubt. He is however still a great player but Harold teh idiot cant see that at all and so his only activity has been warming up at half time with Taarabt ... ****ing disgraceful thing that has gone without comment on here ... Why aren't the subs involved with our half time talks? ... they certainly don't need the footy practice do they? .... Harold in fact has blown this club apart and he is to blame for the lack of team spirit and lack of confidence in brilliant player like Granero. WHO replaced Granero and Faurlin? beautiful cultured footballers? ... Jenas and Mbia ... No wonder there was a split in the dressing room. Mbia played better in the back four I won't have it lads sorry ...Granero is a brilliant footballer and like many here ruined by our club and the current management. I state again you get any other manager in who is fresh and young and what they would do with this squad ... Granero at Swansea for example or even Liverpool would in a short period of time be as impactive as Modric was for Spurs. Our fan base all needs to go for a swim in a cold mountain river and wake up a bit IMO ... I am certain that all or most of our players will go on and have success again at other clubs .... what does that say about our management? Redknapp, Jordan and that fool Cockerel will be found out I am certain but we have to wait and see
I would add also and ask on here directly to all the posters .... Granero and Faurlin got us a point at home to Chelsea against the likes of Mikel, Ramires Lampard and Hazard. I need to remind you all that was under Hughes who imo had far more an idea than the idiot we have now. The cup defeat against Reading at home I wasn't at but my boys told me that Granero slipped away during this cup game having had only 3 days rest from the Spurs game this loss of form went into the West Ham game. In time and over the summer I am sure some on here may see that my defence of Hughes was no windup ... remember the confidence was draining under Hughes for sure and the pressure was rising. No one on here would ever convince me that Hughes wouldn't have turned it ... of course we will never know but now in reflection it will be very interesting if any on here will consider my view point... We played some good stuff under Hughes .. we played some good stuff under Harold also but I wuld ask each poster on here to go onto the BBC and look at the match report for the entire season and then ask yourselves how did Harold **** this up ?
He had a disastrous season and should be gone as most say..shame they only reserve it for a few players and not everyone eh? One of our most skilful players by a mile. Will turn into an international in time to come..unlike our other wanna be's Needs to go play in slower leagues like the Italian, Spanish...you know, the countries that win world cups and stuff...stupid comment!
Don't worry mate I'm here, but I have finals coming and a lo of studying to do. The thing with Granero is very strange. Last week he said he doesn't mind playing in the Championhip and now he says he doesn't believe it's the place for him. I think he had s conversation with Harry and found out that Harry doesn't want him in the Championship, although I think Harry didn't want him in the Prem at the first place. Or it could just be that someone scared him to death with those fairy tales about Championship monsters that will brake his legs in half
He'll be good somewhere but I think he's ill suited to the physicality and hectic pace of the Premier League. If he wants to go, show him the door: we need more commitment than he's shown.
Granero will never, ever be an established International player!! Far too slow and gets caught in possession too often.
Absolute rubbish. He gets caught in possession a lot les than some who are gonna set the world alight..some time soon ish...maybe....or not ! Maybe not gonna make the top standard in his national team, but then again, his team are looking to win the world cup..the other can barely make it, and he cant make the team....slight difference in standards I think... didn't think you were that naive?
With all due respect ............ I sincerely hope will don't need to, if fact, one hopes it is quite the opposite. At the end of the day, I hope we keep every player that wants to play for / with us, including all coaching staff and alike. The less disruption the better, only then will we start to move in the right direction.
