I'm wondering if they are the same person.

It would actually upset me if I thought that they were really Arsenal fans over the age of 24.

I have believed for a long while that there are people posting here masquerading as Arsenal fans with the sole intention of wumming.
One person who was caught out was Wilsherethemaster <ok>

Remind me again, what we were supposed to be pessimistic about? I'm a realist too, and realise that not everything is perfect at Arsenal. Then again, I don't expect it to be. That's called being a realist. Nothing wrong with constructive critism of the club but all we hear is mindless negativity, some of which I believe is intended to wind up the fans on here (not saying it's you).
We have turned our season around fantastically well. We still have two world class players in Wilshere (remember him?), and Sagna to come back. I am certain Wenger will invest in January. See there is plenty to be positive about, I guess it really is a matter of perspective.

Prepare to be upset fella, we're not the same people, i'm over 60 and been an Arsenal fan for over 50 years.

I'm not at all happy with present situation but then maybe some of us are not as easily pleased as others.

The fans are paying thru the nose and the cheapskates in charge are building up a cash pile for Kroenke, selling the best players and buying duds (Squillaci, Chamakh, Mertesacker et al.

It could and should be different.

Haaahahahahaha you are all fools. I couldn't care less about your stupid cliques. None of you are more "Arsenal" than me, I couldn't care less what you think, your opinions mean nothing to me. I have no desire to be in "your gang", I don't need your validation.

I am here to make my points, if I upset some characters while I do, tough. Arsenal have gone backwards and results prove it, our finishing positions prove it, our lack of silverware proves it. If you want to continue living in an Arsenal utopia where you see no wrong then bully for you. Its as if you think you are a better class of fan, I have nothing but contempt for fans like you, you are turning Arsenal into a club of pansies, a club that doesn't sing with any real passion, a club that accepts mediocrity is "ok because we used to be mediocre".

Now, you can carry on talking as much rubbish as you like. I will continue supporting Arsenal the way I do, if you don't like it you can suck salt. Internet muppets !!!

Perhaps you have Grumpy Old man syndrome then!? Just to put things in context I am 35 so I'm old enough to remember how crap things were under other managers before Wenger and clearly you are too. I certainly dont mind debating the issues around the club, manager and team, but certain people including yourself do nothing but present negative pessimistic views on it. If you at least had some balance about the obvious positives it would be easier to accept. By the way although you are certainly guilty of this you are not the worst, Jayram is!!

You DONT support Arsenal, and the feeling towards you (ie contempt) and people like you is very much mutual from all the genuine Arsenal fans. I also refer you to my reply to Tuffnell Toughie.

A little less of the 'old' if you don't mind.

The purpose of my articles is always to stimulate debate, you may not agree but this one has had nearly 700 'views' and over 100 replies, so from that perspective it's done the job.

Yes but if you are just writing something that you know people will object to, to encourage lots of views and comments, then its pointless. I believe that is what this article is about.

You have a serious anti Wenger agenda.

This article is typical, you know full well that the CC team against city was made up of reserves and youth players, its not our priority! Even so that team performed really well and were unlucky. If you had said that the performance demonstrated we have no adequate striking options other than Van P, then that I could have agreed with, but just to say the team was poor and suggest Wenger should be sacked is just BS.

Although negative, your posts are actually better than HotHeads or JamRags, so I'll give you credit.

I am pretty sure that those 2 are not old enough to remember the 'good old days' before Wenger though.

Tad harsh to call Mertesacker a dud though. Kos wasn't great at the start of last season, but in my opinion, he has been one of our best players this year. You should know that players take a while to settle into a new league. Bergkamp, Henry etc. were nt ecxactly amazing in their 1st 6 months.
