How far into the season do we need to get before you'll stop calling any criticism knee-jerk?

This is all well OTT Col, after an away defeat at Anfield to a team who've spent a FORTUNE, trying to get in the top 4. We were beat and beat well, big surprise.
We need 24 more points, and I'm confident there are at least 3 worse teams than us.
Don't let us fail as fans<ok>

Nope....you're not getting it mate! This was another example of another week of Barton being poor and Taarabt being marginalised. NW has made possibly his biggest mistake by bringing Barton in and putting him in the centre of everything whilst allowing our best player by a country mile to fall by the wayside. Some of that is Adel's own fault...a lot ain't!! We are gradually being sucked into the relegation fight and I only hope we can make some tasty signings in Jan and that NW knows what to do with them!!

With all due respect, I'd say the same about you, Adel is yesterdays news.
Have you read that Mick Jones piece on it?

Regardless of the bickering the valid point is we lost 1-0 at Anfield, a better scoreline than many of our own supporters expected. Next week we take on Man Utd, if we lose 1-0 that will be a better result than many of our own supporters expect, we are playing some of the best sides in Europe who have spent more on one player than our entire squad cost! Get a sense of perspective, our league contains Bolton, Blackburn, Wigan, Wolves etc.

Two years ago I watched a 'performance' at Ipswich in the Championship that made me ashamed to be an R's supporter, we've come a hell of a long way in two years!...

We've been in a relegation fight since day one, it's important not to panic.

I know and I agree. But this is a discussion forum and I'm allowed to say what I think. Regardless of the fact that we're so much better off than we were etc,etc,etc......I believe that NW, who did a fantastic job last season, is missing a trick or two and made a huge mistake with the signing of Barton. If Joey proves me wrong and starts playing as good as he thinks he is, I'll be the first to acknowledge it!

1-0 wouldn't be too bad if we shared the chances. We were bloody mullered today!! Hopefully we'll go at United like we did City and not sit like today.

Yes and how did it get that bad?
Taarabt has been let down by two massive egos getting in the way of the beautiful game ... Sorry but that's Barton and Wannock .... I stand behind the manager most of the time but this whole situation has been handled wrong and Wannock is a straight up liar on the Barton transfer ... Barton came to us out of frustration and everyone knows that ... It was a gamble and he can play a part but he is no captain and overrated IMO
Remember the prat thinks he should be in the England team FFS
All of you think of what has come out his mouth and then weight that up with what he has does on the pitch ... The two don't add up

I can only pray that wannock and jones are playing mind games

Yep I read it and commented that it confirmed to me that Adel is finished here. Doesn't mean I have to agree with it or not comment on it!! If we make good signings in January Adel will be quickly forgotten. If we don't, which often happens in January, his demise here could be the reason we are playing Championship football again next season.
I bought season tickets for me and my sons to watch great players and to watch QPR in the Premier League. I would prefer to see Adel every week than lots of hard-working, average players. I really think NW had dropped a huge clanger with the Taarabt situation and I'm allowed to say it!!

Barton and Taraabt are both a disgrace to the game in totally different ways.

Barton because he's a low-life and Tarbs because he has one of the best jobs in the world yet won't knuckle down and perform.

The game is riddled with dubious characters these days and none more so than these two muppets.

What are they meant to do with a player doesn't want to be here?
Cos that's what it comes down to, all this bull about Barton and Warnock, the kid wanted PSG, and is sulking.
Get over it the pair of you.
