I think I can help a little on this one.
I was contacted by polish journalist yesterday to say they knew representatives from an English club met with Wojciechowski to discuss the Polish club possibly using reserve players from the English club.
Obviously, if there was a rough diamond in Poland that could be polished over here then that may be the return route.
He said they believed Leicester could be the club but weren't 100 percent.
I don't think anyone is buying any club in this. The Thai owners are certainly not selling City, from what I am repeatedly told.
I think whoever the club are - and it might be City, you never know - are trying to foster stronger links abroad.

This is on Foxestalk

Good that we're fostering links abroad with deals like this - something similar is happening in Thailand isn't it?

Any opportunity to unearth under the radar talent is a good one IMO.

Is the whole work permit issue - if you play/work in Poland for 3 years, you can become a Polish citizen and thus be eligible to play/work in the UK.

Expect us to sign a few Thai players who immediately get sent to Poland - I always do the same in Football Manager when I find good non-EU players that can't get a work permit

Is excellent news as it shows that the owners are in it for the long haul.
