Since this isnt "mag free" I'll ask out of interest: do you think a better manager (O'Neill for instance) would do better with this squad or has Bruce just bought poor players?

Must admit I was proud of our fans yesterday. Yes some boos at 2nd goal, didnt myself but understood why some did but after that they backed to team all the way.

Who can say for certain but one thing I am certain of is that Bruce can no longer get anything better out of them. We have been hapless for 9 months now not 7 games of the new season.

Whether someone like O'neill, Curbishley or Hughes could motivate and knit a better team from this squad is open to conjecture but I'd personally at least like to try and see if they could.

We are a bottom 5 or 6 team as this stands and Bruce just doesnt have any answers at all. Both he and the equally useless Black just stand around with their fingers inserted up each others arses, scratching their knackers and just praying it all turns out right again.

It isn't therefore a change is required and the speed with which that is now done and the person they choose to bring in, will determine the kind of season we may well yet still have.

    I liove in hope.

    I don't think so Smudge.

Then again I don't ask much of them.

All I want is them to give their best.

I have a 9 year owld plays for his school.

He can pass to his team mates.

    Craig Gardner cannot.
