Doesn't work that way, report says Leeds didn't give any evidence,so pretty much uncontested, don't think any costs would be paid myself.
Okay, as you asked nicely I'll forgive it . He can just 'loan' the club money again through Elanora sport, get it payed back over an agreed time or load it onto a buyer if he ever finds one.
The club will have to pay the legal fees, particularly if we then didn't contest the case. Why not just settle out of court.
The person bringing the case generally pays a fee to bring the case, but not massive,I believe mostly public funded
Gibbs would have paid up front mukka and would automatically been awarded all costs returned by the loser could be included in the monies the judge awarded though because you have to submit costs
It's currently £1200 if they win they get it back from the losing side... But they also get their legal fees paid if a case is deemed totally the fault of the employer.
No doesn't work like that, did a case where a superviser was demoted and left his job,won the case but paid all his own costs.
Bullshit... Costs are awarded when cases should have been settled without litigation. Cellino has effectively wasted everyone's time, Gibbs money and the tribunals time. He will be paying all costs.
The main problem is that Cellino still hasn't realised that employment law isn't as bent here as it is in Italy so he can't do what the **** he wants.
chesh you take someone to court you have to pay the fees the judge knows this and the amounts paid, when he awards the damages all costs are added to these the winner pays nothing
Sorry you are wrong on this. the full judgement and statement of costs will be available as a matter of record in eight weeks I will post it up highlighting where the club are instructed to pay costs and fees.
Sussed it out. Chesh is cellinos legal advisor and has told him he can lose all these cases but not pay for it.
Cellino's point of view was the guy just left his job, nothing to settle in his view,This was just a straight forward was there a constructive dismissal or not.He never disputed any judgement just left them to decide.Don't believe he has paid any big legal fee and if you can't prove he has and it doesn't look like you can I ain't going to believe it.
The papers take eight weeks to come out. But when they do, and you will be able to see them, they will show Cellino paid for, or is liable for ( we know he will have to be threatened with a winding up order) the costs of the tribunal and Gibb,s legal team.
Start reading the balance sheets and adding up the legal costs. Have you forgotten that one if these firms ((Mcormicks Iirc)has a winding up petition listed against the club?
