1) That video doesn't support your counter theory that we're actually neglected teenagers as he isn't actually a teenager.
2) I'm pretty sure that with it being a YouTube video, that was probably his mate, dressed up in an act to try and get more views because of an apparent 'Tramp'.
3) Besides, every area in the Country has people that suffer from poverty so 'Tramps' are a common site in near enough every City; especially London, where the homeless live amongst some more affluent in hopes of gaining some extra money in their hats such as buskers.
4) If you weren't all neglected and deprived teenagers, surely you would have learnt respect for society and that hooliganism died years ago. You clearly all had ****e education and believe that 'weed', alcopops, teenage pregnancies, smoking and acting 'hard' for your mates at an away game by throwing chairs around a Stadium boosts your street cred... Haha.
