I agree I got a ticket for going into the one on Holderness rd. I had come out of Morrison's on a Saturday night at 6,25pm and turned right . They had extended the bus lane and I veered into it.. How can that time on a Saturday night be rush hour ??
Pfft. My little one sat and watched 28 days later with me one night when she was about 10 months old And annepisode or two of Dead Set come to think of it.
Be fine if she sat still , if I get engrossed in that I'll turn Round to find her face planting her own sick , which never ever happened when I was watching footie at the weekend if my wife asks .
It's an application to attempt to get an initial decision overturned using reasoned arguments and evidence.
Ok. So I have appealed. The grounds for appealing was 'other', so not procedural and don't have a sniff. My appeal involved questioing the lack of signage/ inconsistent road markings. All outside worlds largest travelling fair on busiest night.
the hull traffic system, bus lanes, speed limits, etc, defy logic and safety and are mostly the results of stupid planners such as the ****ing moron and drunk driver martin "thank god the **** has retired" ****wit mancey.
I got done the day I came back here. I left Pocklington to drive to Hull to get Mega bus back to London to fly back here. Decided to take the back road from Pock to M. Weighton via Lonsborough, as it was 8.15am and getting out onto the A1079 is a bastard, plus very slow through Shiptonthorpe. My daughter checked my post at the house and found a letter to say I was caught on the stretch into M Weighton doing 46 in a 30.
I got caught speeding once. Never been caught since. I know a great trick that stops you from getting caught.
