That's what he posted a few weeks ago. Three blokes jumped him and he retaliated (who wouldn't ?) and the police tried to stitch him up for assault against 5 people.
Jeez man, didn't know this ****te. I stick by my comment though on what i originally believed from past discussions, not for more recent events though. Obviously taking out the bite sentence.
3 blokes and assault against 5 people, where did the extra 2 come from.
Also you take on 5 blokes, you will not win, its just not possible unless they are very pissed up, fighting 3 is very hard for someone who is trained.
I think that's what he posted. Fan will be able to clarify. But I remember him saying that he got charged for assault against people that he didn't even touch.
Something tells me he is twisting the story a bit, cant see how the cops will charge him if 3or5 blokes were attacking him.
If 5 people were involved and there was a fight, then it's not unreasonable for all 5 to claim that they were assaulted.
I do train with a few former SAS blokes in Kapap, feel free to come and play, its good fun.

The only person who knows is fan. Whether he chooses to fill in the gaps is up to him. I’m sure he’s not that arsed if a few randoms on the net don’t believe him.

The law will charge you if they make a claim against you. The police will not automatically dismiss it because the numbers are less. That don't mean to say it would get through the courts, probably find dropped well before that stage. All fan would need to do is counterclaim with a lawyer.
