Just make sure you look after your girls mate. They need their Dad to help them grow up into fine young women, not somebody who’s going to get banged up for assault or worse.

I know some situations can make your piss boil, but sometimes you have to play the long game and let some **** fly.

Does anybody else suffer like me? Its effected me in a big way throughout life that i wont go into. My problem is i hold a grudge massively. If someone or something upsets me it takes me weeks to get over and it has/is having problems with my life.

Im currently stewing on a random call from a chav that got heated and weve arranged a meetup and a tradesman thats done some unfinished work in my house. Tomorow something else will more than likely pish me off. I dont even know myself anymore!

For what it's worth mate I'm in a world of **** at the moment cos of anger. Wasn't even at fault. On bail, family living separately cos popo and that want to milk it. They stressed, I'm stressed and been told can't have contact. So more **** to get through

I only ever get angry away from home, i never lose it infront on my family or my lass. My lads have never seen me get angry once. Thats part of the reason why i vent so much away from home because i bottle things up.

It ain't my business mate but I find walking helps. I walk before work, during my lunch times and after work. I regularly walk between 13,000 and 20,000 steps per day (5 and a half to 9 miles a day) and find it very calming. On bad days I find myself counting steps which clears my mind and calms me.

It's a really poncy word but mindfulness is a big part of mental health especially with men...anything that keeps you calm has to be good for you.

For what it's worth I admire you for keeping out of the house and hope you find your version of what walking does for me.

I looked at this as one of two ways, he's either taking the piss out of Tee's which is bang out of order or he's bullshitting for affect ie to get the attention of @DUNCAN DONUTS & Co (maybe?) who happens to be currently serving a ban from the Prem board as of yesterday.

So why do i say this - Fan has on a few occasions mentioned to me in sensible debates how he overcomes adversity through his religion. Which tbph i found quite a good way of dealing with situations.

Now i'm sure this will all be disagreed with, but i'm only saying how i read it. Although i didn't get the 'know' word part of the response. Obviously if he really does have problems in life at the moment then i apologise, but like you i was quite surprised or as you say slightly shocked by his comment.
