Spurlock hasn't got any malice in him, I speak with him every day. That's his honest advice, I know what he's like. It's what he would do.

He thinks a lot of your old fella, so I know he wouldn't have said it to piss you off. To you it was **** advice, I get that. He's never done it to piss you off and that's what counts. I think you're just wound up at the moment, so anything will be getting to you.

It’s what I would do...you’re right and I’ve often told you to go n do that to forget about whatever is stressing you out. I remember Tees used to make threads like this on the Mackem board too...so it’s a long term cycle. That can’t be good for him. No one likes to feel like they have just been ****ed by another bloke...I get that...it gets the Silverback gorilla angry in all of us...but some **** just isn’t worth your energy, your time and thoughts. Just give the **** a mouthful and move on.

Easier said than done...I get that...but you got to give problem solving a different approach for your own long term sanity.

Tee, go put some gloves on and batter the **** out of a punch bag, works a treat to get any aggression out

I found that my spinning back kicks got better when I put a picture of Stan the snide on the top of the bag, hit it every time <laugh> (Im being serous by the way)
That’s actually Stan Laurel fella.

The funny thing is no one in your gym would’ve thought it was weird. <laugh>

Does anybody else suffer like me? Its effected me in a big way throughout life that i wont go into. My problem is i hold a grudge massively. If someone or something upsets me it takes me weeks to get over and it has/is having problems with my life.

Im currently stewing on a random call from a chav that got heated and weve arranged a meetup and a tradesman thats done some unfinished work in my house. Tomorow something else will more than likely pish me off. I dont even know myself anymore!

I never hold grudges, but... if you let **** slide too often it eats away at you as well, so you need to deal with things and settle them and definitely learn to say "**** it, not worth the increased blood pressure".

1. Sit your self down and explain to yourself, and I am being genuine, that your anger is only going to make you suffer.
2. When you get angry, ask yourself why you are punishing yourself for **** other people do.
3. Settle for an outcome that doesn't result in you being enraged, because in the end, it's better to negotiate (even if it's just negotiating with yourself and your rage)
4. Get into the habit of looking at yourself through someone else's eyes when you open a sachet of ragequit, you'll see how pointless it is to flip.

I don't know how much money as a percentage was lost by only half a job being done, but if you have a lovely home and partner/family, a no mark is not worth losing all that over. Someone's freedom is more important than anger, deal with it the correct channels or not at all. Anything else just brings trouble to your door and tit for tat responses, all because of male ego. Just my view for what it's worth <ok>

Or as the phrase goes on here lately, shoot him in the bolloxs <whistle> that's a joke btw.
