The images looked like it was on the approaches to the kop and behind the kop. the street behind the centenary stand is the skerries road and then wylva road. the kemlyn road is a dead end since 1992 when the second teir went on. all the houses o nthese min would be needed to get another main stand effort i think

Anfield Road - 13,900 (proposed)
so think about it... the kop will be already almost as big as the anfield raod which is going to be massive end as tall as the new main stand
the only way anfield gets over this 59k number is to build that centenary stant third teir or rebuilt to euqal main stand
so.... 67K stadium is the BEST we will see as we have build in the stand supports i nthe corner sof the main and kop roofs and that means the corners cannot be filled in.
IMO the best we will see is the anfield road end done.. then probably a 10 year hiatus and then someone looking at the centenary stand if the council are open to the rail link
