Lots of running, but isn't suited to a lone striker role. Don't know why he didn't swap positions with Nugent really. Had to cover a lot of space on the right to compensate for Marshall.
He played well but was quite wasteful with his chances. He had a great chance where he was pratically 1 on 1 with the keeper right on the edge of the area. Should of either lobbed him or rounded him but his effort was weak and straight at him
I think Schlupp is a very good footballer but im not convinced his future is as a striker. I think a winger would suit him best
Interestingly i entirely disagree with you. I feel he will never make it as a winger as he doesnt really cross or do step overs etc, what he does offer is dynamite pace and a shot.
Lloyd doesnt do step overs or cross the ball. On his day he is very good I think Schlupp is just Dyer with more ability
