I've heard it all now.
Rooney has technique. Since when?, has he developed it in the last five minutes? He hasn't shown that he has any from what I've seen. I think you should have a look at Luis Suarez at work to see what technique is. Rooney is no better than Andy Carroll, Andy Carroll will turn out to be more valuable long term.

They are ridiculous because you were comparing Wayne Rooney to much lower quality players, pure and simple.
The guy is a rocket alright, has a lot of personal issues but as a footballer he is a class act, another 2 goals tonight, he is on track to be Englands top goal scorer.
Yet you rate him as good as Zamora???
You also slag off one of Ireland's greatest players, purely because he plaid for Man U???

I'm not even going to go into your many grammatical errors, but that makes it ironic that you call us childish. Then the fact that you think our entire team is ****e makes you look like a wum (which I was already convinced you were...) player for player, I'd say each of or starting XI would match up pretty evenly, and both teams have depth in all positions.

Niall Quinn (Legend and gentleman) and Robbie Keane and John Aldridge were/ are head and shoulders above him. Stapleton wouldn't be in the top 5.
