The evidence says yes. He didn't want to leave Newcastle but got shoved out the door, then got booed on his return. Clearly loyalty means nothing to that lot of fickle muppets. No wonder he didn't settle immediately. But with Kenny and Clarke working on his game and how he fitted into the team's game, he became "unplayable." That's not a compliment aimed at many players. It was an irony the size of Jupiter that saw Rodgers turn unplayable into just unplayable. He went to the Euros and every muppet and her sister was asking why he wasn't replacing that girl's blouse, Rooney. So Rodgers shoved him out the door, when he didn't want to go, and the same thing happened - took almost a season to settle but when he did he started delivering. Can anybody tell me what Rodgers' Plan B is?
I read that he wants to do as well as Torres did at Liverpool and that's why he wants 9. btw did Carroll earn it?
Unplayable just like Matt Smith from Oldham/Leeds? Perhaps we should sign him as well. And yes, Carroll is an excellent Plan B - but how about we sell him and get rid of the £90k wages and re-invest that money into our Plan A?
He shone in a Roy Hodgeson side. Says a lot really. Barcelona don't have a plan B and they seem to do alright.
Rodgers hasn't got a Plan B and doesn't want a Plan B. It's only some of us fans who are looking for an alternative. Personally pass, pass, pass score is great but pass, pass, pass give the ball away, not so much. Dominating possession is little comfort when you lose.
I have to double check everything at work, I am not going to double check everything I put on here, especially during work time
