    I have just got a new Android phone, can anyone recommend any apps which are worth getting? Sports, games, miscellaneous.

    Google search things like fun or impressive or useful android apps. You will get reviews of apps from the market and will find some incredibly useful stuff you never even thought you needed.

    All the above are free, many have free and payable options(more info/features). mp3 download and music download are good to get music free on your phone!!

    I'm about to get my first new mobile in about 10 years in the next few days through Virgin but I'm so far out of the loop I've no idea which to choose???? Whats the difference between a Blackberry & an Android and which should I choose?

    avoid a blackberry had one for a few years and got an android phone to replace it miles better imo can't comment on the Iphone but from what i've seen not much different from a top of the range android phone

    I've had Nokia for about 10 years but moving over to Blackberry once the new Torch is out at the end of the year.

    Android is the basis of a phones operating system as well as software that runs on it.

    Blackberry has it's own operating system that isn't Android.

    I don't think virgin do an i-phone anyway so the choice really is between the two. This advice is all it takes to make my mind up as I've not got a bloody clue! Cheers mate <cheers>

    Whatsapp is the best app out there by a country mile imo.
    NUFC fan app is amusing for the fan talk
    Backbreaker 2 Vengeance is the best game I've come across
    Fieldrunners HD is also good
