Rich Cawley reporting that the donkey had triggered a one year contract extension, after playing a certain number of games.

Another poor piece of business conducted by Meire.

    Learning from her mistakes ?

Think it comes down to KR wanting to keep him. He obviously rates crofts - God knows why.

Nah mate, it's a basic mistranslation. She was trying to explain she was learning to make mistakes. The translator just went for the logical translation rather than the correct one.

An empty crisp packet floating about the pitch would be more use than him.

Solely on a footballing basis, keeping Crofts is a very strange decision.

We only want the very best players at Charlton. And when it comes to playing pointless sideways passes, there are none better than Crofts.

Think you are you and Robinson.
I reckon he will be the captain next season

Think he brings zero to the table. From highlights and the admittedly few games I've seen live, he misses key tackles and pretty useless maintaining possession. Sometimes has a decent pass on him, but that's the kindest thing I could say.

We need a lot better than him.

Keeping Crofts smacks of a lack of ambition - woefully one paced and one dimensional

At his age I can't see him getting better?

So many lies and so much bullshit, it gets confusing.

I don't think many were expecting Crofts to stay .

Crofts doesn't hide and I'd rather have him than no one I guess (Duchatelet's Charlton). Generally he's average to poor, I'd have him as 4th choice but we need better players.
If we're still stuck with Cebellos, Sarr, Vetokele, Watt, Texeira & Kashi then I can't see much changing, half of those players have 2+ years left on their contracts!

He's done. If he returns he won't be at the same level.
