Just googled him and his team Skala IF have 2 Spanish lads playing for them. I wonder how on earth they ended up in the Faroes?

 

Skala aren’t even in the top flight, it’s crazy he hasn’t been snapped up.

There are more non-domestic players going there because it’s seen as a gateway to Denmark/Iceland’s leagues which are bigger. The set up in the Faroes is very multi national, so there’s a good spread of contacts to get players in. There’s even an English female head coach at one of the clubs who just took over (TB Tvyori), her team are currently bottom with 2 points.
