To steal a quotation 'it's a funny old game'. Season in season out, game by game the fans are treated as irrelevant by the club, our voices, support and ambitions unanswered and now suddenly the club want us to back them. Be the '12th man' 'get behind the team' 'create an atmosphere only the Geordie fans can' etc, etc,. Why? - We stay up and it's job done as far as Ashley is concerned having made even more money through player sales, players loans and selling a manager and replacing him with a garden gnome. Stay up and we repeat this season again with slightly more investment to finish at best mid table. I will take great pleasure for the next six days until Sunday in the knowledge that Ashley and co will know how we have felt to be Newcastle fans for the last eight years under his leadership.

I can't begin to tell you how much I wanted to smash Carver's face in with croquet mallet on MOTD last night. I then had an sudden urge to violate Shearer with a rusty coathanger for his disgusting pro-Carver stance.
All this lets put our differences aside for the greater good is a bit rich. They can get ****ed. I have said before I'm not bothered if we go down, I know some don't agree with this, each to their own. However this lot have done **** all to deserve the right to issue rallying calls.
