If you're riding on your bollocks your doing something wrong in my expert opinion...

Getting the right saddle height / angle is a bit of trill and errrrrr...

If you'd not run for a long time your feet / legs might hurt.

Occasionally the saddle is just the wrong saddle for you

Persevere with small regular rides, possibly drop the seat post height. Try to sit on your 'sitbones', more upright and you can get specialist saddles with a cutaway for your perineum!

Ye
Bike riding can make pereinium sore
And in some cases squish the nerves

But never known anyone to get sore bollocks
How low they hanging;)

Those cut away saddles in the middle are absolutely crucial and every male bike rider should have one

This saddle i fully reccomend https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00FFZ6JFA/?tag=not606-21

Chazz... do yourself a long term favour... go to your bike shop and pay perhaps £10 to £15 to get them to adjust the seat height and position for you. If your serious about getting fitter with it, bad seat position and height will have your knees and back screaming in no time let along your bollies... also, invest in some padded shorts... you can buy the sort you can wear under like cargo shorts, you dont have to be lycra clad...
