They're usually labelled as "instant karma" and are meant to be a good thing as bad people get their come-uppance, however this one leaves a bitter taste in the mouth.

It's hard to defend the sprayed guy though as he attacks the cameraman; whatever the perceived provocation, but as said, it was a clear setup and could have had far worse consequences for the driver as he staggered blindly all over the place.
