Who the **** hangs around with a camera phone to capture such a "random" event.
I was there when the Zeppelin blew up !
OK, I'll accept that - but ask how do you know ? Looks like a remote spot ?That is definitely a cctv vid, not a phone.
Looks like the edge of Longhill....OK, I'll accept that - but ask how do you know ? Looks like a remote spot ?
Next question - Presumably the CCTV camera is there for a reason - a well known accident spot ? History of "reckless driving" location.
Clearly the biker seems oblivious of those facts. So does the heavy construction vehicle driver (digger guy).
Insufficient warnings - speed limit, cautions etc etc).
It just seems more could be done to avoid such ****.
No doubting the biker was lucky.
Any idea where it happened - can't be many places as the two drivers seem to be driving on the left.

Some road signs make no logical sense to me. Coming in to Hull, at Smith and Nephew flyover, there's a sign saying 'maximum speed 30mph' that is just in front of a 40mph repeater sign, and next to the 40mph markers on the floor. There are also a number of places that have a 'slippery surface' warning in places that have been resurfaced several times. Surely the sensible thing would be to make it less slippery rather than to keep sticking a sign up?
Don't imagine that you're a big fan of the adverse camber either Dutch?
in manchester, you can be sacked for refusing to sit in an office with someone, fined £100 for sitting with them at home, and get a discount voucher to eat with them in a busy restaurant
It's just sloppy. Other illogical ones are the 'slow' and 'slow down' instructions, when they don't know what speed I'm travelling at anyway, and there isn't a corresponding 'giddy up' after it, so by the normal rules, you should keep travelling slowly as you've not been instructed otherwise. If the assumption is you need to be told to slow down, it can't be assumed that you'd know when to speed up again.
Sticking a slippery sign up is definitely confusing, but the public must adhere to the rules. Some road signs make no logical sense to me. I went to Wessie land yesterday (sorry) chatting to the chap at the business we were visiting, he explained the area he lived in was now on lockdown, though he could go to work, though not see his dad at his home, but could meet his dad at a pub...
